Welcoming Reception/Ice Breaker

The welcoming reception will be held on the evening of Tuesday June 6 (6:30pm) at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. The admission to the reception is included in the registration. Access to the museum galleries will be provided. Shuttle service between the museum and NWC will be provided. 

BBQ

The BBQ will be held on the evening of Wednesday June 7 (6:30pm) at the Crossed Cannons Brewery, Norman. The admission to the BBQ is included in the registration. Shuttle service between the BBQ and NWC will be provided. 

Banquet

The banquet will be held on the evening of Thursday June 8 (6:30pm) at the Sam Noble Museum. The admission to the banquet is included in the registration. Access to the museum galleries will be provided. Shuttle service between the museum and NWC will be provided.  

National Weather Center (NWC) Tour

There will be two tours scheduled during the coffee breaks on Wednesday (10:00-10:30am and 02:30-03:00pm).  

Radar Innovations Laboratory (RIL) Tour

There will be two tours scheduled during the poster sessions on Tuesday (04:30-05:30pm) and Wednesday (04:45-05:45pm). Your tour guide will be Dr. Tian-You Yu. You can find more information HERE.
