Late registration is open!
The full attendance fee covers registration, on-site breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, as well as social events for all four days of the conference.
The partial attendance fee covers registration and beverages ONLY, for all four days of the conference.
Complementary short courses will be offered on Monday, June 5.
Important Reminders:
- All attendees, including in-person and virtual (passive attendance / listen only) must register to participate in the meeting.
- In-person attendees are encouraged to register for the meeting by April 21 to take advantage of the early bird registration rates offered.

Abstract
Only in-person attendees can submit an abstract. Submitting an abstract is not required for registration. Abstract should have a title, authors and their affiliations. Abstract should be less than 250 words.
Visa and International Travel Information
Some consulates may have delays in scheduling visa interviews. We encourage you to first contact the consulate to determine the wait time for an interview. If you require a letter of invitation before submitting an abstract, you must request one via email. Please send an email to ipc14@arrc.ou.edu
